Vietnam PPP Support and Implementation

The project aims to support the development of the PPP Law by facilitating stakeholder engagement, analyzing feedback, and strengthening Vietnam’s legal framework for public-private partnerships. We worked with Vietnamese partners, including the Public Procurement Agency (MPI), the Office of the National Assembly, and VCCI, and played a key role in providing insights, organizing consultations, and ensuring alignment with national priorities. This collaboration helped develop the law and enhance its feasibility for implementation.
