Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Thuy is a senior consultant at MBI Innovation. She also serves as the director of the Office of the Private Economic Development Research Board (Ban IV). In this capacity, she oversees all activities of the Office, with a particular emphasis on developing and sustaining the largest annual public-private dialogue channel in Vietnam. Additionally, she coordinates research and discussions, and assesses the impact of policy reforms to assist Ban IV in providing recommendations to the Prime Minister's Advisory Council and supporting businesses, particularly in areas related to Innovation and Green Transformation.
Before this, Ms. Thuy was the deputy secretary-general of the Vietnam Private Sector Development Forum (VPSF), an initiative sponsored by the Asian Development Bank and the Australian government, which laid the foundation for the Vietnam Economic Forum (ViEF). She also served as a national expert for the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation (GATF) and the USAID Digital Border Project, contributing to developing e-governance initiatives for the Vietnamese Government.
