This initiative supports Vietnam in its National Strategy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution until 2030, aiming to transform the country’s economic growth model.
Improving Private Sector Competitiveness

The initiative supports strengthening Vietnam’s private sector. MBI Innovation is a subcontractor implementing this project in Vietnam.
Public Financial Management

The PFM capacity-building effort, part of the USAID-funded AEO project, supports the Ministry of Finance. Over two years, it delivered two econometric models for policy impact assessment, conducted 11 trainings for over 400 MOF staff, and engaged more than 20 local and international experts.
Fintech Challenge Vietnam

The Fintech Challenge Vietnam is being organized by the SBV with the support of the MeKong Business Initiative, a program funded by the Government of Australia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Phan Vinh Quang joined this program as a Deputy Project Director.
Private Enterprise Development Toolkit

Experts from MBI played a key role in establishing the methodological foundation and developing the Toolkit. This effort is part of the technical assistance provided to the Agency of Enterprise Development, MOF, by the USAID-IPSC project.
Climate-Smart Agriculture

MBI provided consulting and technical support, engaging business associations and organizing the Vietnamese delegation to Australia to explore advanced agricultural models. These efforts have led to the adoption of farm management platforms and weather index insurance, enhancing sustainability and resilience in Vietnam’s agriculture.
Sustainable Farmed Shirm

MBI supported Monterey Bay Aquarium in establishing a sustainable shrimp alliance in Ca Mau, partnering with government, processors, and farmers to meet Seafood Watch Standards.
GRAFT Challenge 2021

GRAFT is a landing pad program designed to help leading AgriTech entrepreneurs scale up in Vietnam. GRAFT supports AgriTech change-makers to address real industry challenges in partnership with Vietnam’s agrifood leaders.
Vietnam PPP Support

The project aims to support the development of the PPP Law by facilitating stakeholder engagement, analyzing feedback, and strengthening Vietnam’s legal framework for public-private partnerships.
